Shipping Policy
Local shipping to a pickup point 20nis (4-6 business days).
Free shipping on purchases over 350nis.
International shipping 160nis.
Self-pickup with advance notice from Savyon, Israel - no extra charge.
In order to make your shopping experience as seamless as possible and to ensure the safe and timely arrival of your purchases, we use UPS services for local shipping and postal services for internashional shipping. Returns Policy
Understanding that occasionally, a product may not meet your expectations, we have a straightforward return policy. If a product doesn't quite work for you and you wish to return it, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package.
Items can be rerturned in person to our studio in Savyon or via UPS through our shipping services.
A full refund will be issued via Bit upon receipt of the returned item, minus 20nis for shipping costs.
